Importance of accepting, loving, embracing even the dark side

Movie that Mami Sue has played a role in "SADAKO's cranes"
Screening in Tokyo on Jan. 19th and Jan. 23rd 2016.

I fell asleep by the pool and got tanned too much lol

I can't see the horizon in Tokyo, so it made me feel like yeahhh!!!! xD

The bright part, the dark part, the dazzling part, the dull part

all get together in one picture and it's so beautiful.

and it changes every moment, every moment has a different precious face.

The ocean, myself, the world, the universe, life.

Good, bad, beautiful, dirty...everything is a blessing!

and I feel grateful for everything!

Now I can accept and love even the dark side of me.

Jealous side of me, self-tormenting side of me, any part of me that's evil or embarrassing...when I embrace them, they listen to me, and it gets easy to control them.

If you forgive yourself, you can forgive others.

Growing up is to get to know about yourself, and understand yourself more.

I feel so thankful for all the people who help me, support me, teach me, and love me.

Thank you so much❤️

I appreciate everybody and everything in the universe from bottom of my heart.

Have a blessed day/night☆

Much love❤️

The film is about a story of Sadako Sasaki, well known though a story of thousand paper cranes.

She was in Hiroshima when the atomic bomb was dropped.

If you don't know about her, here's wikipedia Sadako Sasaki

This girl plays little Sadako, and I play grown Sadako.

In the movie, Sadako is brought back to life today, and meets a boy who is from Fukushima, where nuclear plants are, and was devastated by 311 earthquake.
They travel around the world and see how important it is to achieve world peace.

It shows what's really important in life and what we need to change.
I'm very happy to be a part of it because it has great messages.

I dedicated my heart to play the role in this movie, hoping for peaceful world.

Simple Prayer in Viet Nam "Peace Love Thank you!"

Movie that Mami Sue has played a role in "SADAKO's cranes"
Screening in Tokyo on Jan. 19th and Jan. 23rd 2016.

Hi :)

When I was in Viet Nam, I was taken to a temple.

This little lion at the big lion's foot was so cute ❤️

I had to take a pic with him xD

Sorry I forgot to ask the name of the place...lol

but it was beautiful!!!

Praying☆

I used to pray for many things, ask for many things.

Now my prayer is very simple.

"Peace. Love. Thank you❤️" That's all.

You receive if you stop wanting.

If you want something that makes you happy to happen, live like a person that already has it :)

The trees something like Bonsai was artistic☆

After I left the temple, I went to the market and got very good coffee :)

I became good friends with a lady at the shop, she said I look like vietnamese xD

Then I had my favorite drink :D

I love coconut water!!!

I can't drink it like this in Japan, so I felt blessed :)

Have a blessed day/night☆

Much love❤️

Feels good :)

see disadvantage as advantage, make impossible thing possible

The lady in the middle in the picture is Rie Saito, she is a member of Tokyo North ward assembly.

I went to "Town Meeting" that was held by a political party she belongs to.

She is deaf but she's making positive changes in the assembly, and I think it's very admirable.

I also met a lady on the right in the pic, Arisa, she's deaf but she's a performer.

She sings and dances, performing all over Japan.

I was happy to become friends with her too:)

I helped Rie when she had an election campaign in last April.

Some people said she can't be an assemblywoman because she has the disability, but she got the most votes and she won.

She said, if you work hard, be creative, and if you have support/understandings from people, you can make things happen.

I think, everyone has something that he/she is not good at, one way or another.

It may seem like a disadvantage, but depending on how you see it and how you use it, you can make something that looks impossible possible!

And she's a living proof of that!

I also listened to the speech of a Diet member and a Tokyo metropolitan assembly member.

I was glad to see there're politicians who have real passion and warm heart to make the society better for people.

I had a great time and I'm so glad that I went there.

Big thanks to them and big respect for them!

Thank you for visiting and reading my blog post.

Hope you have a blessed day/night with lots of love❤️

Awesome house party with beautiful people! Couldn't even believe the reaction of the people after I sang. I'm blessed!!!

CEO of GIFCO, Mr. Minamikawa invited me to his house gathering :)

His house was beautiful, even though it's in the middle of the city, surrounded by trees, has a beautiful view, he and his wife prepared nice food, they welcomed us and treated us very kindly.

I met beautiful people from various countries from all over the world, I had an awesome time!

He say he loves throwing a party, so he has this kind of house party every month.

I brought wonderful friends of mine, movie director, musicians and actors.

I was happy that they all said they had great time :)

The lady on the left is hiroyo, she is a singer/pianist/composer.

She composed all the music and played it live when we did Yukio Mishima's play directed by Andy Utech.

She played the piano and sang her original song "Rain" for us at Mr. Minamikawa's house.

It was so amazing and she made everybody happy!!!

After her performance, I sang and she played the piano for me.

I was a bit nervous especially after she did an amazing performance,

but after I sang, people came to me and said

"....WOWWW!!! THANK YOU!!!!"
"Your voice and your feeling was so beautiful!!!"
" It almost made me cry!" and so on...

They made me feel so blessed.

Thank you❤️

I felt so happy that I could deliver the great message of the song and also could share my feeling about the song.

The song I sang was my favourite song, John Lennon's Imagine.

I love the message in the song. So beautiful❤️

Imagination is creation!

Imagine all the people living life in peace, sharing all the world :)

I'd like to give a big thanks to Mr. Minamikawa!

and wonderful people I met there.

Thank you for visiting my blog and reading.

I hope you feel love and abundance within you and have a blessed day/night.

What I felt in Ho Chi Minh - love and fear, peace and war, positive and negative

To be continued from the last posts, I'd like to share the beautiful experiences I had in Asia last month.

When the cruise ship got to the port that's about one hour from Ho Chi Minh City in Viet Nam, I had no plan but I got out of the ship.

I knew not many people in Viet Nam speaks English, but I just tried talking to a guy at the port.

Luckily he understood English, and he said he could show me around the city with just $30 :)

The first place he took me was Vietnam War Remnants Museum.

There were shocking photos that were taken during Vietnam War, I couldn't stop crying while I was going through the museum...I had to keep my sun glasses on to hide my tears cuz I didn't wanna look crazy lol

I don't know if it was happen to be or not, when I was taking the flight to Hong Kong,I was watching the movie "American Sniper" that's a story about war and the army who got PTSD after he worked in war field.

I was even crying on the plane, I know I looked crazy lol

Plus, I played a role in the movie "SADAKO's cranes" lately, the movie is also to pray for world peace, and we had a shooting of my scenes in Hiroshima, where the atomic bomb was dropped.

So I felt like I was meant to visit here, I felt like some force brought me here.

I felt very sad, but even though I felt sad, the war already occurred and can't be undone, I can't save the lives that have gone.

Today, there're still wars in the world, some people are still fighting and killing each other, but even if I get upset about it, or feel sad about it, or hate the people who are killing people, I can't stop the wars.

What I can do is be thankful and grateful for my life that I have in the safe and peaceful country, and live my life with gratitude.

I'm not a president nor a politician, so I can't manage how the world make a move.

I'm not a doctor, so I can't go to the war fields and save people's lives.

What I can do is treat people in front of me with kindness, and give love to the people who are in my life as much as I can.

When I think about why people hate each other, take things from each other, and kill each other, the answer I get is, it all comes from fear.

Opposite of fear is love.

If somebody loves himself and is filled with love, he never has the need to take anything from others, no need to get power and position to feel better than others.

If he loves himself, respects himself, accepts himself, forgives himself, he can loves others, he can respects others, he can accepts others, he can forgive others.

I think it's essential for each of us to do so consciously.

Just like positive can't exist without negative, the concept of "peace" can't be identified without the concept of "war".

In that point of view, maybe there's even a way to appreciate wars because it gives us the opportunity to see the importance of peace, it gives us a chance to feel grateful for peace.

Criticizing and denying comes from fear.

When we can give love to the negative things not only to positive things, the universe within might start flowing to the positive direction.

In the Ho Chi Minh City, I was happy to see "VIETNAM - JAPAN" sign :)

JICA members from my country is contributing to build their city, I think that's admirable!

Great things are there anytime anywhere.

It all depends on whether you take a look at it or not.

Thank you for reading.

Hope you have a beautiful day/night with much love and light.
